Engr. Md. Abdullah, Managing Director, KWASA chaired the inaugural session and Mr. S. M. A. Rashid, Executive Director NGO Forum & Steering Committee member of BAWIN welcomed all the participants. Engr. A K M Fazlullah, Managing Director of CWASA, Mr. Ariful Islam, Project Director of CWASA from CWASA, Mr. Zakir Hossain, Managing Director of RWASA, Mr. Iqbal Hossain, XEN, and one other officer from RWASA, and Mr. Taqsem A Khan, Managing Director of DWASA were present.

The key objectives of the event were to share Knowledge and experiences about progress and prospect of Integrity Management Practices in WASAs and to pointed out the way forward of practicing integrity management in all levels of WASAs. In the experience sharing session, a keynote paper titled “Progress and prospect of Integrity Management in WASAs was presented by Kazi Monir Mosharof, Project Focal, IM Project & Coordinator of BAWIN

In the sharing meeting, the Managing Directors of CWASA, RWASA and KWASA described the benefits of Integrity Management Tools (IMT) and presented in detail the success achieved in their respective organizations by practicing integrity management change process. They highlighted the challenges they faced while practicing integrity change process and how they dealt with them. Also, the DWASA Managing Director shares his experience and good learnings in practicing integrity.
