On November 27, 2025, a BAWIN meeting was held at the NGO Forum Conference Hall, presided over by Engr. Md. Shahidul Hassan, Chairman of BAWIN. During the meeting, participants shared valuable insights and provided guidance on the platform's future direction. Mr. S.M.A. Rashid, Executive Director of the NGO Forum for Public Health, also attended and contributed to the discussions.

The meeting featured review presentations on WIN's Bangladesh Country Strategy for 2024–2026, the progress of BAWIN’s strategic plan, ongoing activities, and prospective members.

Following the meeting, all members actively participated in the Actionize BAWIN Action Plan Workshop, facilitated by Mr. Kazi Monir, Consultant at WIN, and by Mr. Saiful Islam Sarker, Coordinator of the BAWIN Secretariat. The workshop reinforced the collective commitment to strengthening BAWIN as an impactful platform. The active participation of the members led to a productive and meaningful discussion.
